As we welcome the Sturgeon Moon, August’s full moon, We are invited to pause and reflect. Named after the ancient fish that were once most plentiful this time of year, this moon carries the energy of abundance, resilience, and introspection.
Emotionally, full moons tend to heighten feelings – you may feel more sensitive, reactive, or nostalgic right now. That’s okay. The Sturgeon Moon encourages us to go inward, let go of old emotional baggage, and realign with our deeper intentions.
