  1. I commissioned Charlotte Vallance to illustrate this prayer after hearing it at the end of our yoga class with Sima. It gave me comfort at a time of great sadness for me; I had suddenly lost my beautiful mother to cancer. We now use this prayer as a way of promoting our charity which raises money for research into ovarian cancer. Thank you Sima for helping me to heal. Karen x

  2. My beautiful yogi,
What a beautiful message. Thank you.
when i lost my father who was very special to me, i felt a hole in my heart that i thought would never heal, well, it hasn’t. The spaces between the times we miss them grow longer. Then, when we do remember to miss them again, It’s still with the same stabbing pain to the heart. So, let gratitude emerge from your sadness. Feel honoured to have known her, blessed that her passing serves you a reminder that your time on this beautiful earth is limited and that you should seize the opportunity you have to forgive, share, explore and love. I can’t think of a greater way to honour your beloved mother than to live this way.
    Aum x

  3. This excellent website definitely has all the information and
facts I wanted about this subject and didn’t know who to
    ask.
