A comprehensive yoga practice of gentle postures (asanas), breathing (pranyama) and relaxation.
Suitable for individuals who want to practice gently and relax deeply. Also recommended for back problems and those wishing to regain strength, stamina and flexibility after injuries.
Our Hatha Yoga (all levels) classes are on in-person at the Old Amersham Market Hall on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm (from 9th January 2024) and online Thursday mornings, 9:30-10:30am.
