Dear Yogis,
Wishing you all a joyful and peaceful Strawberry Full Moon.
Despite its sweet name, the Strawberry moon isn’t usually pink or red. It takes its name from Native American traditions, marking the time of year when wild strawberries were ready to be harvested. It is a beautiful reminder of abundance, gratitude, and the rewards that come from nurturing ourselves with patience and care.
A full moon is often seen as a time of illumination – a chance to reflect on what has come to light in our lives and to celebrate how far we’ve come. Many spiritual traditions view it as an opportunity to release what no longer serves us and create space for new energy and fresh intentions.
During this moon, you may notice emotions feeling stronger than usual, a greater desire for clarity, or a longing to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Whether or not you experience these feelings, this can be a meaningful moment to pause and check in with your heart.
This is a wonderful time to:
*
Practice gratitude for the blessings already in your life.
*
Spend time in nature and soak up the light of the moon.
*
Meditate, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
*
Journal about what you’re ready to let go of and what you’d like to welcome into the next chapter.
*
Be kind to yourself and others, allowing compassion to guide your actions.
You may wish to do less of:
*
Overthinking or trying to control every outcome.
*
️ Reacting impulsively to heightened emotions.
*
Filling every moment with business or distraction.
*
Holding onto old worries, resentments, or Limiting beliefs that no longer support your growth.
As you move through this full moon, remember that just as the moon waxes and wanes, we too move through seasons of growth, rest, release, and renewal. Every phase has its purpose.
I hope you find a little extra stillness, joy, and light in the days ahead.
With love, gratitude, and blessings,
Namaste
