Full Moon in Pisces

Dear Yogis,

Happy Full Moon to you all. đźŚ•

Tomorrow’s Full Moon offers us a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. In astrology, this Full Moon is in Pisces, a deeply intuitive, compassionate, and spiritual water sign. Pisces invites us to soften, trust our inner wisdom, and allow ourselves to flow with life rather than resist it.

As with all Full Moons, emotions can feel amplified. The Moon has long been associated with the element of water, and just as it influences the tides of the ocean, many believe it can also stir the waters within us.

If you’re already feeling joyful, you may notice that joy feels even brighter. If you’re carrying sadness, stress, or uncertainty, those feelings may also rise to the surface. Rather than seeing this as something to fear, think of it as an invitation. The Full Moon shines a light on whatever is asking to be acknowledged, felt, and gently released.

This is a wonderful time to:
• Spend a few quiet moments in meditation or breathwork.
• Journal about anything you’re ready to let go of.
• Express gratitude for the blessings already present in your life.
• Set an intention to create more peace, compassion, and balance moving forward.
• If you can, step outside and spend a few moments under the moonlight, simply breathing and appreciating its beauty.

Remember, whatever arises is welcome. Meet yourself with kindness and curiosity. There is no need to change or fix anything in this moment—simply observe, breathe, and allow.

May this Full Moon bring you clarity where there has been confusion, peace where there has been worry, and a deeper connection to your heart.

Wishing you a peaceful, magical, and love-filled Full Moon.

With love and gratitude,Sima

Full Moon in Scorpio 🌝

Namaste Yogis,

I wanted to share a little note with you about this beautiful May full moon and the energy it brings.

Full moons are often seen as a time of illumination – a moment where things come to light, both around us and within us. Emotions can feel a little stronger, thoughts a little louder, and it’s quite normal to feel more sensitive or reflective during this time. It’s like the moon gently encourages us to pause and notice what’s been building beneath the surface.

This month’s full moon sits in a sign that invites us to look a little deeper, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to trust in transformation. You might notice a pull to release old habits, thoughts, or emotions – anything that feels heavy or out of alignment.

Rather than resisting it, this is a lovely opportunity to lean in with curiosity and kindness towards yourself.

If you practice, you might feel drawn to:

* Slow, grounding flows

* Hip openers ( great for releasing stored emotions )

* Gentle twists to “wring out” tension

* Longer holds and deeper breaths

Or even just taking a few quiet moments to sit, breathe, and check in with yourself .

If you can, step outside tonight and take a look at the moon – it’s a simple but powerful way to feel connected and present.

As always, take what resonates and leave the rest. The full moon isn’t about doing more, but about becoming more aware.

With love and lunar light

Sima:-)
