Dear yogi friends,
Time flies, doesn’t it? It feels that summer has just begun and now it is already end of our summer term. As the summer months start to wind down, It usually means it is time to rest, restore and reflect on our own wellbeing and consciousness before autumn starts again.
We will seal the energy of our Hatha Yoga class in Market hall tomorrow 26 July with a gentle but strong sequence focusing on strengthening the glutes which help with pelvic and trunk movement. This is a great sequence for yogis with weak knees. As it is our last class, you are welcome to bring a guest if you wish.
Sima’s break from Monday 07 – !5 Aug. Autumn term starts on Tuesday 06 Sep.
Online classes via zoom will run uninterrupted…..https://aquariusyoga.co.uk/classes/ <aquariusyoga.co.uk/classes/>
