Our mid term break is going to be on Tuesday 25 Oct & 01 Nov. Back to mat on Tuesday 08 Nov – term ends on Friday 16 Dec. Apologies for changing:(
We will continue with the glutes strengthening sequence for the next few weeks to balance and control the movement of the pelvis, hips, legs, torso and help to limit the amount of stress put on your low back. Powerful glutes play a key role in how efficiently your body moves and are an integral part of your body’s overall health.
Could I please ask yogis who borrowed props during covid to return them to class – You are still welcome to keep them if you practise every week as this keeps the use of cleaning solutions and tissues to a minimum and saves me time cleaning them, Thank you:)
