Dear yogis,
Tonight we gather under a special full moon – a “supermoon” – when the moon is at its closest point to Earth, glowing brighter and stronger than usual.
This amplified lunar light offers a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal.
Because our bodies are over 70% water, the moon’s heightened energy tends to stir our “inner waters” – emotions, intuition, memories, and subtle feelings. Tonight, those waters may rise gently to the surface, offering an opportunity to honour whatever needs acknowledging – old grief, unspoken dreams, creative longings, or inner wisdom.
I encourage you to use this evening for a gentle, soft yoga or meditation practice, pay special attention to your breath – slow and deep – and let yourself intuitively move or rest. Perhaps set an intention or write in a journal: something you wish to release, transform, or welcome into your life.
Let the moon’s luminous presence guide you – to soften , to sense, to heal. May this last supermoon light of 2025 bring clarity, compassion, and peace to your heart.
With love and lunar light,
Sima
